Changes to CSE's Hours of Operation
Beginning Monday, April 3, 2023, CSE hours of operation will change for all four branches and our contact center. CSE’s new hours of operation going forward will be:
Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Access to our online and mobile banking services will continue to be available 24/7, in addition to over 30,000 Fee-Free ATMs with the CO-OP and Alliance One ATM Networks.
With the goal of effectively and efficiently serving our members, we reviewed a variety of data about how members utilize CSE’s services. We are excited to see that members have adopted online and mobile features and find them useful in their increasingly busy lives. We found that members conduct over 60% of all transactions online and sign for 80% of all loans electronically. Both of those metrics continue to increase each month. This led us to evaluate what would be most beneficial for our members, our employees and our credit union.

I have finally been able to get in my online account and I have set up reminders to log in so I won't be kicked out again. My question is...Do I use the same log in for a mobile app?

Hi Pamela, Great to hear you've been able to setup online access. To answer your question, Yes, you will use the same login information for the CSE App as well.
